During my recent stay at Mantra Ettalong Beach, I was immediately struck by the cleanliness of the property and the friendly demeanor of the staff, who truly seem to prioritize guest experience. Our room boasted a private balcony with stunning views, allowing us to soak in the coastal ambiance while enjoying a morning coffee. I particularly appreciated the kitchenette and laundry facilities, which offered a home-like convenience that was perfect for our group getaway. Dining options were plentiful, with a delightful array of cuisines available nearby, making it easy to satisfy any craving, from fresh seafood to comforting pizzas. The vibrant Ettalong Markets were a joy to explore, showcasing local produce and unique crafts that added a charming touch to our trip. And while I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, I do wish for some enhancements-such as a spa facility-so that the Mantra could reclaim its status as a true getaway gem. It was a lovely trip filled with the essential comforts and local culture that resonate with my travels, albeit with room for improvement.
